I've always loved connecting with people and learning what drives them. My professional journey began in retail promotions, and it has taken me through all kinds of customer-facing roles across multiple countries, finally culminating in a client servicing career in advertising. I have degrees in Marketing (Master's) and Creative Writing (Bachelor's).
